Make an order
Using search or sidebar filter find the targeted product and click on “Select options” or “Add to cart” button
You can see your products in the cart using the Header top mini cart
From a single product page you can also make an order, just choose the product options and click on add to cart button
From the cart page you can adjust final order details, or remove unwanted product
Once you are satisfied with your cart results follow up to checkout. Fill out all the required information, choose the desired payment method and make an order. The rest system will do for you.
Payment options
We support 2 main methods for payments: Cash on delivery and online payment. For online payment you can use your credit/debit cart to make the transaction. To make a payment, you will need to provide the details of your plastic card. The transfer of this information is carried out in compliance with all necessary security measures. The data will be transferred only to the Bank’s authorization server via a secure channel (TLS protocol). The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized server of the payment system. The site and the store do not know and do not store your credit card details. Payment is made only after you make sure that the order is complete.
Returns & refunds
Return or exchange of products is possible within 14 days, if the product is not damaged or unpacked.
Shipping
- Orders in Yerevan, we will deliver the same day, if the order is placed before 14:00.
- Delivery of orders made after 14:00 of the current day is carried out the next day, or by agreement until 23:00 of the current day.
- Orders placed on Sunday are shipped the next business day.
- Delivery by a specific time is always discussed individually with the MANAGER.
- The cost is free.
